This is the second similar operation by this address within a week. The receiving address has deposited a total of 12,001 ETH (approximately $24.62 million) into OKX over the past two months.

Historical data shows that ETH transferred to this multi-signature address is subsequently sent to exchanges in batches, suggesting that this transfer may be preparing for a sale.
