Grayscale Updates Hyperliquid ETF Application, Custodian Changed to Anchorage Digital
BroadChain has learned that at 09:30 on April 21, according to PANews, Grayscale Investments has submitted a revised application for the Hyperliquid ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). A key change in the filing is the replacement of the asset custodian from Coinbase to Anchorage Digital Bank. According to the document information, The Bank of New York Mellon will continue to serve as the transfer agent for this ETF. Anchorage Digital, founded in 2017, is the first federally chartered crypto asset bank in the United States and was previously designated by Grayscale as a secondary custody service provider for its Bitcoin Trust and Ethereum Trust. This adjustment is an update to the custody arrangements as Grayscale advances its spot Ethereum ETF product.
