Analyst Predicts Arbitrum Could See 7400% Surge, Key Resistance Levels Draw Attention

BroadChain has learned that at 23:16 on April 20, according to NewsBTC, cryptocurrency analyst Crypto Patel predicts that the Ethereum Layer-2 project Arbitrum (ARB) may experience a 7400% surge. Currently, the price of ARB has fallen by 96% from its all-time high of $2.40. Patel noted that after peaking in 2024, ARB entered a brutal downtrend channel, causing its price to plummet from the high. The current price is above the high-timeframe high-risk accumulation range of $0.095 to $0.07, having rebounded 57% from the low. Key points to watch include the breakout and retest of the downtrend line, as well as the recovery of the $0.27 level. If ARB closes below $0.065 for two consecutive weeks, the bullish structure will be invalidated. Another analyst, Michaël van de Poppe, pointed out that ARB's price action is similar to that in early 2020, with a strong bullish divergence appearing on the daily chart, and it has broken above the 21-day moving average for the first time since the summer of 2025.
