BroadChain News, April 26, 10:32, the DeFi United ecosystem rescue operation led by Aave has made progress. Arbitrum DAO has released 30,765 ETH that were previously frozen due to the rsETH incident on April 18. As of now, the designated donation address has raised a total of 100,360 ETH to cover the collateral shortfall caused by the incident.
The plan aims to restore the backing assets of rsETH through multi-party collaboration, stabilize the market, and prevent the spread of bad debts across protocols. Confirmed or committed participants include: Arbitrum DAO releasing 30,765 ETH; Mantle proposing to contribute 30,000 ETH; AaveDAO proposing to contribute 25,000 ETH;
Aave founder Stani Kulechov confirmed contributing 5,000 ETH; EtherFi proposing to contribute 5,000 ETH; Lido proposing to contribute 2,500 stETH; Golem Foundation and related projects contributing a total of 1,000 ETH.
Additionally, LayerZero, Ethena, Frax Finance, and Ink Foundation have also confirmed participation, but the specific amounts have not yet been disclosed.
