Recently, Tencent Cloud announced a strategic partnership with Maxity.io, the world’s largest charitable NFT marketplace and the world’s first Web3 social impact protocol. Through this collaboration, Tencent Cloud and Maxity will jointly explore the potential of Web3+Social Impact innovation, striving to leverage blockchain technology to drive positive social change and contribute to achieving the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
During the development and operation of its NFT marketplace and its mobile blockchain application, the Maxity App, Maxity leveraged Tencent Cloud’s Cloud Virtual Machine (CVM) to achieve flexible and secure cloud-based computing services—enabling cost-effective, high-efficiency large-scale daily computations. This better addresses the growing demands from increasing user numbers and platform operations, including NFT trading, in-app energy settlement, and the computational requirements of the MAX Coin reward mechanism. The collaboration between Tencent Cloud and Maxity will also unlock further possibilities for integrating Web3+Social Impact.

Maxity's social impact protocol leverages blockchain technology to innovate charitable fundraising and enhance transparency across the philanthropy sector, driving positive social impact worldwide. Through its NFT marketplace, Volunteer and Reward model, and the MAX Forest Dapp, Maxity is building a Symbiotic Metaverse, delivering Web3 solutions for sustainable human development. In 2022 alone, Maxity successfully facilitated fundraising for over 110 charitable organizations globally.
