BroadChain has learned that on March 20, Matrixport—a one-stop cryptocurrency financial services platform co-founded in 2019 by Bitmain co-founders Wu Jihan and Ge Yuesheng—officially rebranded as "BIT."
BIT clarified that this is purely a brand-level upgrade with no impact on its business operations; user accounts, assets, products, and services remain unchanged.
This follows the earlier announcement that Bit.com, Matrixport's derivatives trading platform, would be shutting down.
