BroadChain learned that at 17:02 on April 24, KelpDAO's official X account announcement showed that since April 18, Kelp has coordinated with Aave and ecosystem partners to advance the rsETH holder recovery plan. The initial shortfall was 163,200 ETH, and 73,700 ETH has been recovered so far, including 40,300 rsETH (approximately 43,000 ETH) recovered by Kelp, 30,700 ETH recovered by the Arbitrum Security Council, leaving a remaining shortfall of approximately 89,500 ETH.
Mantle, Aave founder Stani Kulechov, EtherFi, Lido, Golem, and others have confirmed public commitments to contribute 43,500 ETH. Kelp stated that rsETH holders are the top priority and will continue to provide updates.
