大家好,我是Masato Kakamu。2017年前,我创办了一家名为Globalway的公司,当时 Globalway负责B2C和B2B业务并在东京证券交易所上市。我们从2016年开始创建TimeTicket,并在2018年开始了区块链项目,名为TimeCoinProtocol。TimeCoinProtocol是ETHereum区块链上的分布式共享经济平台,第三方Dapp开发者可以轻松开发和运营共享经济服务。在用户权限下,可以在平台上的Dapp之间共享用户数据。
My name is Masato Kakamu. I started a company called Globalway about 17 years ago.
Globalway runs B2C and B2B business and listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange. We started TimeTicket business 2016. We started our blockchain project called TimeCoinProtocol from 2018. TimeCoinProtocol is the decentralized sharing economy platform on Ethereum blockchain which 3rd party Dapp developers can easily develop and operate sharing economy services. User data can be shared among Dapps on the platform under user permissions.

We have 2 Dapps, TimeTicket and eSportStars. TimeTicket already has 330,000 users. The revenue has grown 30 times over 3 years.We released the first version of eSportStars on Oct. We have already acquired 10,000 users. eSportStars includes Japanese, English, Chinese, and Portuguese.We are under test marketing to host many tournaments to acquire users on eSportStars in Japan. Also, we started tournaments in India. And, we will also start South America tournament.

A lot of projects could not meet users or investors expectation after IEO or ICO including our partial competitor like Origin Protocol. We are very experienced in running internet business, so we can significantly improve our project quality and deliver the result. We already have 330,000 users and generating revenue as well. And, we have already released the first version of eSportStars. We are way ahead of the game. Also, eSportStars is under test marketing, but we acquire core users over 10,000. We are aiming to increase the number of users to 10 Million.

No esports platform leader exist. No esports gambling market leader exist. No decentralizing sharing economy platform exist. I think most of business application blockchain project failed because they do not think how to run the business in long run. We have proven our success in Globalway and TimeTicket. We are very experienced in balancing monetization, technology adaption including crypto and blockchain, and user expectation.

esports industry is lead by esports gaming companies. Gaming companies create rules and govern the way players make money from their games. We want to create esports service which game players and fans can make benefits the most. We believe the service also help gaming industry to grow. Professional players can not make ends meet by relying on winning prizes from gaming tournament. We want to create a place where professional players can easily earn money which also help them to make better engagement with their fans.

To extend the eSportStars service, we want to offer esports gambling as well. We offer eSports mining for eSportStars participants to earn TimeCoin. More TimeCoin participant owns, better service they can get. It is like DeFi. Anybody can host and participate tournament and winners can receive TimeCoin. Users can trade their esports related goods and service using TimeCoin. Streamers can colorcast video streaming on tournament and game match to earn TimeCoin. Users can bet on esports game match and earn TimeCoin.

We released the first version of eSportStars which users can participate tournament with winning prize. eSportStars currently have Fortnite, PUBG, FreeFire, APEX, and Knives Out. We have about 10,000 users. It is available in Chinese, Japanese, English, and Portuguese. We will add the following functionalities within 3 months. We will include over 100 games from all over the world in eSportStars. We will let anybody to host esports tournaments and esports match in eSportStars. We will include many languages in eSportStars. (Currently, we have English, Chinese, Japanese, and Portuguese).

Market expansion plan of eSportStars: Promote many tournaments partnering with esports professional teams.Host many tournaments with high prizes. Engage agent and management contract with esports professional players and streamers to broadcast eSportStars related videos on Youtube and Twitch. We will eventually replace Youtube and Twitch to build our own video streaming platform to broadcast esports related contents.We will expand our operation internationally, but we will put special focus on Asian market such as China, India, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and so on. Then, Russia, Brazil, US, Europe are important market too.

TimeTicket already has 330,000 users. The revenue has grown 30 times over 3 years. We hit record high revenue in August and continue to grow the business. We expect TimeTicket business to be black in next year and continue to grow the business to acquire 10,000,000 users in the future.
深链财经:如何推广代币经济并保持TimeCoin Protocol的高价值? How do you promote the token economy and keep the value of TimeCoin Protocol high?

I would like to let you know that we have never sold our tokens to investors. Why? Because we raised over $3 Million on equity side. We are going to raise more later. TimeTicket is already generating traction. I thought it is important to maintain the token value high. We are not intended to sell our token to hummer the price. We are going to sell the token to increase the trading volume of token after IEO.

I was algorism and divertive trader when I was 20s in USB and Deutsche Bank.I know how investors think in the market. I think if we sell massive number of tokens in the market after IEO. It just crashes the market and hurt investors. And, hurt users. We can not use our token as in-service incentive anymore. It is extremely important to maintain token value high.Even though we claim we liquidate 20% of token in total, we won't sell a lot. We will sell them as the demand increase over several years. We might not sell up to 20%. I hope we won't need to sell a lot. That is why we only sell less than 0.1% of token in IEO.
Most of projects which went to IEO in BitForex in the past needed funds to sell massive tokens in IEO or right after IEO. We can prove it we are different from them.

Masato Kakamu:我们将通过提升eSportStars来开始创收,在为用户提供电子竞技比赛和匹配服务的同时,我们将与许多电子竞技玩家和电子竞技视频播放器签订管理和代理合同。我们的目标是在一年内获得数百万用户。
我们的计划是打造和提升我们的第一个Dapp——eSportStars,获得大量的eSportStars和TimeTicket活跃用户,在eSportStars上增加视频流和SNS功能为第三方Dapp开发者开放TimeCoinProtocol功能将活跃用户分享给第三方Dapps。首先在TimeCoinProtocol上获取更多用户是很重要的。否则,我们无法分享足够的用户给第三方Dapp提供商。分享足够的用户是成功的关键。
We will enhance eSportStars to start generating revenue and we will make a management and agency contract with many esport players and esport streamers as we provide esports tournament and matching services to users. We are aiming to acquire over several million users within a year.
Our plan is: Build and enhance our first Dapp, eSportStars; Acquire over massive numbers of active users in eSportStars and TimeTicket; Add video Streaming and SNS functionalities on eSportStars;Open up TimeCoinProtocol functionalities for 3rd party Dapp developers; Share active users to 3rd party Dapps.
It is important to acquire many users on TimeCoinProtocol first. Otherwise, we can not share enough users to 3rd Party Dapp providers. It is vital to share enough users to be successful.
