Arbitrum Security Council Takes Emergency Action on KelpDAO Vulnerability Involving Over 30,000 ETH

BroadChain has learned that at 12:30 on April 21, according to TechFlow, the Arbitrum Security Council took emergency action at 11:26 PM Eastern Time on April 20, successfully freezing and transferring 30,766 ETH related to the KelpDAO vulnerability. This action was completed with the assistance of law enforcement agencies, and the relevant funds have been transferred to an intermediate frozen wallet. The original address can no longer access these assets. Arbitrum officials stated that the entire operation did not cause any impact on other on-chain states or Arbitrum users. The subsequent handling of these funds will be determined through coordination among relevant parties via the Arbitrum governance mechanism.
