On the policy front, National Committee Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Wu Jiezhuang, South Korean National Assembly Member Min Byeong-deok, and Chairman of the Asian Economic Development Committee Yoon Seok-hoon emphasized in their speeches that cross-border regulatory collaboration and policy inclusiveness are crucial for the development of financial technology, calling for the construction of a more open international financial innovation ecosystem. On the technical side, Web3Labs CEO Caspar pointed out that Hong Kong needs to foster synergy among industry, capital, and policy to accelerate the digital upgrade of financial infrastructure. Multiple collaborative achievements were reached at the forum: The GWDC 2026 Korea was launched, enabling deep linkage between Hong Kong and South Korea in the fields of AI and Web3; Web3Labs signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Microsoft, focusing on the integration of cloud computing power and AI technology; the Civil Anti-Fraud Alliance platform went live, driven by institutions including Z Oracle, the Blockchain Compliance Professional Association, and SlowMist; and the Injective Nova Program was initiated, with three parties supporting global developers in AI and Web3 integration projects. In the panel discussion session, guests engaged in dialogues on topics such as "Web3×AI×Payment," "Institutional-grade RWA," and "RWA×DeFi," unanimously agreeing that the deep integration of RWA and DeFi will become the core driving force of financial infrastructure, promoting a revolutionary shift in the financial paradigm from physical to digital.
