BroadChain has learned that Bitcoin mining firm Riot Platforms produced a total of 1,473 BTC in Q1 2026, averaging 16.4 BTC per day—a 4% decrease compared to the same period last year.
During the same quarter, Riot sold 3,778 BTC, generating net proceeds of $289.5 million at an average price of $76,626 per BTC.
As of quarter-end, Riot's Bitcoin holdings stood at 15,680 BTC, which includes 5,802 restricted BTC. This represents an 18% year-on-year decline in its total BTC inventory.
